"My child is more enthusiastic about writing, which is excellent. She came at the summer with the distinctive feeling that some writing is a chore. I don't think she is gung-ho about writing anything other than poetry and songs (which I don't mind), but I appreciate that she has a variety of tools. She started the summer with a lot of side-eye about a writing camp and by week two said it was one of her favorite parts of the week."
